Your program includes 38 pre recorded workouts to accompany each day of each phase, including meditation, stretching, Pilates, Yoga, Strength Training, High Intensity Interval Training, Boxing, and more.

This program is in collaboration with Dr. Liza Klassen, Naturopathic Physician. Liza works primarily with women and couples who are trying to conceive, but also has a special interest in endometriosis, menstrual cycle irregularities, PMS/PMDD, PCOS, and autoimmune conditions and how they impact fertility and quality of life.
